Shipping & Returns
Shipping
As a small shop, we work hard to ship your items as quickly as possible. Your order will ship within 2-3 business days for in stock products. Preorder products will ship within 2-4 weeks. Please Note: During online sales, holidays, or peak sales times, shipping may take a little longer.
Please note that your shipping fee does not include insurance. If you are interested in having your package insured, feel free to email support@shopdelikat.com and we will provide a rate and invoice you separately for any extra coverage you request. Please note that we can only provide insurance for packages that have not been shipped. Once shipped, we are unable to offer insurance coverage.
Please review your address during checkout. If your order is lost or returned to us because of an incorrect address, we are unable to refund the cost until the order is back in our possession. Sometimes courier and shipping services can take several weeks to return an item shipped to the wrong address.
International Shipping
We ship around the globe where courier services are available. Shipping times and costs vary based on your location. If your package is held up in customs, the duration of your delivery will take longer. International buyers are solely responsible for any and all duties or taxes.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Ownership of packages is turned over to the courier service you select at checkout and transfers to the buyer once shipped. We are not responsible for lost, held, delayed, or damaged packages. You will receive a tracking number in your email along with a confirmation of order. If you don't receive your tracking information, please check your spam folder. Also, feel free to contact us if you have any questions or concerns. Once the package is out of Delikat's possession, the carrier is responsible for any delivery issues. If you have any shipping issues please contact the carrier to further help you.
We are not responsible for lost, delayed or stolen merchandise through the shipping process. We recommend acquiring shipping insurance. Please contact us for rates.
Returns & Refunds
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can visit our returns page here. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: PO Box 3214, Visalia, CA 93278. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at support@shopdelikat.com.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as earrings and high-value items (Heirloom). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@shopdelikat.com.
